You will find just the right program for you at the Indy Language Center. We offer programs for all children, teens, students, adults and business executives. Classes are offered at our offices, your home or business, as well as over the Internet. Whether you’re a visual or auditory learner, we can custom fit a program to your exact learning style.

Conversational Arabic I
Our beginning-level Arabic course introduces students to the basic concepts of the language while focusing on using Arabic in everyday life and exploring Middle Eastern culture. Topics include common greetings, asking for and giving personal information, basic vocabulary for travelers, colors and numbers, and the fundamentals of pronunciation. The class using transliterated Arabic words, but an introduction to the Araqbic script is presented. This class meets for six weeks for 120 minutes per class.

Conversational Arabic II
This course is a continuation of Conversational Arabic I or it may be used an entry-level class for students who have previously studied a little Arabic. In this course some essential basics of Arabic grammar are introduced, but most emphasis is placed on listening comprehension, speaking and vocabulary building. You will build greater confidence in using Arabic to express yourself in real-world situations.

Conversational Arabic III
You will move beyond the basics as you further your conversational abilities and knowledge of the Arabic language in the third level of our Arabic program. You will also begin to learn to read and write Arabic script using practical and essential examples of signage from the Middle East. You will continue to improve your accent, comprehension and confidence. Advanced courses of our Arabic program will follow this one and will be presented this spring.
